Laurens new BIKE!!!!!!!!!

So for the past 2 months if you asked Lauren what she wanted for her birthday she would say a bike, so we had to get her one. The only issue is she still cant pedal it, but she now begs us to ride it everyday. She can reach the pedals just not all the way around, or so she says. I think she just likes getting pushed around. You'll also see were still trying to figure out the helmet thing.

LAURENS TWO!!!!!!!!!

LAUREN IS TWO YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!!
She is still our little peanut and is only 26lbs, but is finally wearing 2 year old sized clothes (for the most part). She can say a lot of words and copies almost everything, she is a big help around the house and says she is excited for he little brother to come (we'll see how long that lasts). SHe loves Elmo and Big Bird and loves to put on her backpack and pretend to go to school.
Here are some pics from her bday party @ Super Jump on 2/13/2010
Of course on her party weekend she wasnt feeling very well, heck the whole family has been sick on and off for the past 2 months, thank goodness everyone is almost back to 100%.
Still not to into the cake, didnt understand blowing out the candle, thank goodness her cousins were there to help!
I think she liked riding in the cars and her bike more than the jumpy toys
We also had lunch at red robin, where she didnt really enjoy the singing
or her sundae but she loved the balloons!
Loving her mac&chz & brocolli, she LOVES VEGGIES!!!!
Not sure who she gets that from....
And I told you she was helpfull around the house, here she is helping daddy vacuum, sort of....

Jan-Feb 2010

I know its been a while since we put up some pictures of Lauren, but its been pretty busy.
Figured I should get some up now before it gets even busier when the baby comes.
Lauren will be 2 years old this friday 2/12 and she is growing up so fast! She still loves to take care of her "babies" (every single stuffed animal and doll she has) and she has named them all Gus, hopefully that changes soon. She loves to pretend cook and help mom & dad cook too.
She has gone on the big girl potty a few times, but were not really pushing it to much, she does force her "babies" to go on the "big girl" potty once in a while too. I'm just waiting for one of them to get flushed down the toilet, so far they've all stayed dry.
She has her good days and bad days but for the most part is a pretty well behaved girl. We'll see how well she does once the baby comes next month. For now she likes the baby and hugs and kisses him and sings to him too, hopefully she'll do the same once hes born.
