What a weekend

Well we had quite a busy weekend with lots of family & friends.

All the West family was in town for Uncle Pats celebration on saturday

and then after that we had Connors baptism all of this in 95 degree weather!

It went by way to quick I wish we could have hung out more, but life is just flying by lately.

Uncle Pats Celebration - We had great weather and a great party, lots of stories, beer, volleyball, jello shots, sushi & beer, I think there would have been more beer if everyone didnt have to keep drinking water because of the sun! I wish we could have stayed longer but it was so hot I dont think may of us would have lasted but Pat would have loved it.

Connors Crawling!

Connor is 4.5 months and he has mastered crawling! This video was taken about a week ago and he started just going backwards and in circles and within 2 days he was doing a one armed army crawl and then the next day he is going everywhere.

July Updates

So we have been a little busy this week with Joes sister (Leslie's) wedding and I am a horrible mother and because I was so busy there I didnt take one picture. I am hoping the photographer got a few of the kids because they looked so cute and had so much fun. Lauren was not so cooperative during pictures (weird) and Joe held her while we walked down the aisle, but she had a blast at the reception dancing and running around. And Connor got held by many different friends and family and became best buds with Uncle Joey. I'll get some pictures up from the wedding once I get some but here are some others from the past week or two. And we are all in another wedding in 2 weeks and I will definetly get some pictures of us then.

Lauren LOVES going on the boat,

this whole time she kept saying I like my boat,

I like my boat over and over again.

Not sure where Lauren gets it but she loves to get her nails painted.

SO when the girls all went to get them done for the wedding we brought her along and she absolutely LOVED IT!!! They had a little kids chair with a DVD player and everything. She picked out light pink polish with sparkles and they even put flowers on her thumbs and big toes, it was seriously way to cute!

Here you can see pretty much what its like everytime we pull out the camera. Connor watches TV or faceplants on the carpet and Lauren wants to be held or wants the camera (hence the bad camerawork). oh, The life of having 2 kids only 2 years apart, gotta love it.

Connor LOVES the teething biscuts but cant pick it back up if he drops it. Hes almost crawling but he cant pick up a cookie thats on his tummy?.... He's going to be a fun one!

JULY 2010

We've had a great summer so far,

lots of sun last week which meant lots of swimming!

And Our first trip out in the boat this summer,

I of course forgot my camera for that trip but here are some other pics.

Connor is 3.5 months and has been rolling over for the past month

and now he likes to do it ALL THE TIME!

He is even trying to crawl but he has had many face plants lately

so hopefully he figures it out soon.

Lauren likes to lay next to him, here they are watching TV together.

Connor loves ESPN just like his daddy.

They loved the fireworks especially connor,

but they both fell asleep right when the actually show started.

Lauren now has floaties and can "swim" by herself.

The first day we went over there she fell in without anything on

and of course she wasnt scarred she wanted to go back in, shes a crazy one.
