Feb 2013 Laurens bday - catching up

Catching up with the last few months - first up is Laurens 5th birthday! 2/12

She had a party with all her friends at the Jumpy house and then we had a family party the next weekend at our house.  She is turning into a very sweet and polite little girl, but shes still always in charge!As of right now she wants to be an artist, but sometimes she wants to be a dancer/singer too.

Arizona Trip 2013

Whoa - i just realized I haven't updated this since January. I guess we've been busy!

Last week we took a trip down to Arizona to visit the Great Grandparents and we had a blast!

I also took WAY to many pictures but here are some of my favorites!

Happy New Year @ The Beach

We spent the last few days of 2012 and the New Year in Lincoln City, OR 

at the beach with some amazing friends! it was an amazing way

 to celebrate and bring in the New Year!

The kids LOVED playing at the beach - It was the first time they had ever been to a beach!

She got pretty tired after about 15 minutes of running non-stop

Christmas Morning 2012

The BEST Christmas EVER!!!

The kids were both really into Christmas this year and we had a great time!

Connor put out snacks for Santa on Christmas Eve- we usually just put a cookie or two and a glass of milk, but he added some goldfish crackers, m&m's, a snickers, pub mix and some chocolate.  

He was so proud of himself.  

Lauren was upset all night because she didn't think she'd be asleep before Santa came.  

Here is a video of Christmas morning - they were actually pretty hard to wake up so they were pretty sleepy when they came down stairs.  The beginning of the video is kind of dark but they were checking the front room to see if Santa ate the cookies. Lauren was super excited about all her gifts from Santa - Connor pushed everything off of his bike and decided to go for a ride.  I don't think he even looked at what was in his stocking until after lunch.

December 2012 - Prepping for Christmas

WOW - its been a busy month!!! I had finals for school last weekend and it got a little crazy and busy so I didn't have time to post much on here so here is a recap of the last month.  

WE SAW SANTA!!!!!

Lauren was a little scared to begin with but the 

amazing photographers helped her to get on Santa's lap.  

They weren't to talkative with him but we didn't have any melt downs and they had fun!

We went to the Red Barn once again and the kids had a blast! 

We rode the train and the tractor and found an awesome tree!!!
