Flood & new baby legs

Lauren is still running around like crazy. Shes getting better at going up and down single steps and tries to get into every drawer and cupboard that she can. She insits on walking whenever we go to the store and tries to make friends with everyone. Still no teeth yet, so she can't eat everything we had planned but she is till a pretty picky eater (just like her daddy).

Holidays 2008

Lots has happened over the holiday break. Lauren got to play in the snow, meet santa 3 times, got lots of presents (mostly clothes), played with lots of bows and boxes, and got really good at walking. She still doesn't have ANY teeth, but we expect to see one anyday now. SHe'll be 11 months next week and we are starting to plan her first birthday party! So exciting!

Okay so Lauren is walking everywhere now. We can never get the best video of her because she LOVES the camera so the second she sees it she stops whatever she is doing and runs for it, makes it very difficult to videotape her. In the video below you will see how she was born to play soccer, I swear we didn't teach her to do this she just loves to kick stuff. She was doing it for a good fifteen minutes before we got the camera out but you'll see what happens once she sees it. Time to start her soccer training, its never to early right....

SNOW STORM 08

Yesturday we went with the Gadsby's to the Cougar Mountain Zoo up in Issaquah where we got to see Lions, Cougars, Santas Reindeer & SANTA! It was pretty cool!

Our 2nd experience with Santa this year, As you can se eit didn't go to well.

We'll we finally vetured into the snow today. We only went about five feet into the backyard but I think it was plenty far for Lauren. She could almost stand up in it, she didn't seem to mind the snow or the cold weather but she HATES her snowsuit. Probably because she can't move and she is like the little borther in the Christmas Story movie. You have to hold her up even if shes sitting because she will roll over and be stuck. (You'll notice my hand holding her up in a few pics) We only lasted about 10 minutes before we went back inside.

Waiting in Line to go see santa!!!! It took forever but we got some shopping done while we waited. And Lauren slept for half the time.

We finally got to go see santa last weekend. This was the best picture they could get, she wasn't to happy once she got a good look at him. more pictures to come.....

Shopping & car carts

10 Months - Lauren is finally starting to walk more, she has taken about 8 steps at this point but she still likes crawling more, shes pretty quick at that. We also got her a toy that she walks behind she love walking behind it and can go forever but mostly she likes running into stuff with it and moving her toys around with it. She just had her well baby Dr appt and is above avg for height and normal for weight. She still has no teeth!!! Hopefully she'll be walking and have teeth by christmas.

Here she is trying to get dads attention while he was putting up the gutters. She pounded on the doors for a good 10-15 minutes until he heard her.

Did a little shopping with Joey & Susie in Downtown Sumner.

New favorite place: LOWES!

They have the big car shopping carts and she loved them! She lounged the whole time!
